Usual Monday morning gym routine, followed by errands. After that I
went by the winery, as I wanted to buy wine gifts for some people, and
while there I enjoyed a sandwich & some wine on the patio for a late
lunch. Home the rest of the day.
Food:
* 8:15 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 2:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine; wrap sandwich w/ turkey, swiss
cheese, spinach, & tomato
* 7:45 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
Exercise:
* 10:15: Lifting: machine-assisted pull-ups; seated cable rows; chest
press machine; chest fly machine; reverse fly (rear delt) machine;
shoulder press machine; standing cable press-downs; standing cable
curls {For a change of pace, did machines today.)
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class -- emphasis on core twists
