Went for a run in the morning. In the afternoon I worked at the
conservancy for a little while, then went for a winery visit. Hay
fever was better in the daytime but is bad again tonight; I'm about to
go lie down and read for the rest of the evening.
Food:
* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 11:00 (home): 3 slices f/f cheese
* 1:00 (conservancy, brought with me): salad w/ greens, veggies,
grilled salmon, f/f sesame dressing
* 3:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine; 5 or 6 whole grain crackers w/ salmon
mousse
* 7:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese & grated French hard cheese
Exercise:
* 10:00: 3 mile run
