Yesterday I went to the gym in the morning as usual. In the evening I
went out with my friend Mike for a light dinner followed by a wine
tasting.
Food:
* 7:15 (home): oatmeal w/ flax seed & peanut butter
* 9:45 (driving to gym): 3 slices f/f cheese
* 1:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 3:15 (home): 1 square dark chocolate
* 6:00 (restaurant): 1 cup French onion soup; appetizer-sized crawfish
& tomato crepe; 1 small piece of bread w/ a tiny bit of butter
* 8:00 (wine tasting): ~2 glasses total of wine; a couple of ounces of
cheese; handful of grapes; part of a hard roll
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting -- one-legged squats standing on platform; plie
squats; leg extensions; leg curls; calf extensions; hip adductor; hip
abductor
* 11:00: 75-minute vinyasa yoga class
