Default Food & Exercise -- 5/9/2007

Went to the gym this morning as usual, then home for lunch. Right
after I finished lunch my friend Mary Anne called and asked me to go
to a British tea room with her, so I did. She had the full tea (she'd
missed lunch); I had a dessert. Didn't need it, but it was good :-).
Afterward we went to a nearby winery (not my usual one) and had a
glass of wine out on the terrace in the sunshine.

Food:

* 7:15 (home): instant oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 12:30 (driving home from gym): 3 very large strawberries
* 1:30 (home): turkey breast burger on 1 slice whole wheat bread w/
f/f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 3:00 (tea room): sticky toffee pudding (not large, but extremely
sweet!)
* 4:00 (winery): 1 glass wine
* 7:30 (home): 2 chicken sausages; German potato salad

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: snatch pull; power snatch; power clean w/ split
jerk; back squat; good mornings
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class; focus on quad and hamstring stretches

I made it Sunday. It keeps fine; this sort of potato salad doesn't
have any eggs or mayonnaise. We finished it off last night.

It really isn't good to eat that little in a whole day. Why are you
starving yourself this way?

I am going to college now, and my classes are from 8:am to 6pm -- not
counting 2 hours travel I don't like to use public bathroom, and
this is my solution. Believe it or not I don't get hungry while I'm in
the college.

It's still not healthy, and won't yield good results in the long run. At
some point, you WILL hit a wall.
