Usual Monday morning gym, then a couple of errands, then home.
Continued to eat a bit lightly to get a little leaner for my
appearance next week :-).
Food (all at home):
* 8:15: oatmeal w/ flaxseed
* 1:30: sandwich w/ 1 slice whole grain bread, ~2 oz. Healthy Choice
roast beef, mustard
* 4:00: ~8-10 strawberries dipped in f/f Greek yogurt
* 7:45: crab melt (whole grain bun, ~ 3 oz. crabmeat, some f/f mayo,
Old Bay seasoning, 2 slices f/f cheese); steamed asparagus
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: machine-assisted pull-ups; lat pulldown; bent-over
barbell row; incline bench press; flat bench press; seated DB shoulder
press; standing DB curl; seated overhead DB triceps extension; DB
lateral & front raise {For a change of pace, did lower weight, higher
reps today -- generally 20-rep sets.}
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class
