Stayed home all day today, mostly being lazy. Went for my run very
early today as it was extremely hot. At 6:30 a.m. when I ran it was
just 72 degrees, but with 75% humidity I was dripping by the time I
got home. Later it got up to 99, still with high humidity. I thought
about going to the pool but it was just unpleasant to be outdoors.
We're having a thunderstorm now and that has caused the temperature to
break. Anyway...
Food (all at home):
* 7:30: oatmeal w/ flaxseed
* 10:30: celery sticks with a little peanut butter {I use natural
peanut butter, no sodium or preservatives.}
* 12:30: sandwich w/ ~2/3 cup pork barbecue {NC style -- vinegar-based
sauce} on whole wheat bun
* 3:30: ~6 large strawberries dipped in f/f Greek yogurt
* 7:30: salad w/ greens, veggies, 5 oz. grilled salmon, ~1/2 oz. fresh
mozzarella, f/f balsamic vinaigrette
Exercise:
* 6:30 a.m.: 3 mile run
