* 6:15 (home): oatmeal w/ [peanut butter & flax seed
* 1:30 (home): ~1/2 cup pork barbecue on whole wheat bun
* 4:00 (pool snack bar): 1 cup fresh fruit pieces
* 7:15 (home): 5 oz. turkey breast tenderloin; 2 ears corn on the cob
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: shoulder warmups; power snatch; muscle clean & push
press; snatch pull; overhead squat
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on quad & hamstring stretches
* 3:00 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 8 lengths
