Usual Friday morning gym session, a grocery store stop, then home.
Wasn't able to go swimming today as it was rainy. This evening DH and
I went to the country club for dinner -- seafood night.
Food:
* 7:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 1:30 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3
slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup; ~1 oz. dark chocolate
* 4:15 (home): energy bar
* 7:30 (country club): 1/2 roll w/ butter; smoked salmon sushi roll
(big!); grilled rockfish w/ mashed sweet potatoes & creamed corn
(really just corn cut fresh from the cob with a little creamy sauce to
bind it); 2 glasses wine {Ate less than half of the main course, as
the sushi roll was so large -- brought the rest home for another
meal.}
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: weighted step-ups; machine squat; side-stepping w/
elastic band around ankles; side lunges holding medicine ball; stiff-
legged deadlifts; leg extensions; leg curls; calf extensions; hip
adductor; hip abductor
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class
