Usual Thursday morning run, afternoon at the pool, easy evening walk
with DH. Other than that, didn't do much constructive :-). I'm still
eating quite lightly, to drop a little weight before my appearance at
Life Time Fitness next week. It's working, but I'll definitely back
off a little afterward -- go back to my evening glass of wine and
such :-). But I can tell a difference this week. (I'm sure it's
largely water weight, but that's fine. I had some post-vacation bloat
to lose. I'm definitely slimmer.)
Food:
* 9:30 (home): oatmeal w/ flaxseed & a few raisins
* 12:15 (home): pork barbecue on whole wheat bun
* 4:00 (pool snack bar): 1 cup fresh fruit
* 8:00 (home): a mixture of quinoa, turkey breast tenderloin (5 oz.),
mushrooms, f/f chicken gravy
Exercise:
* 8:30: 3 mile run
* 3:00 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 8 lengths
* 7:00: ~1 1/4 mile easy hike w/ DH
