A bit less exercise and a bit more food (and wine :-) ) than usual --
just the way things turned out. Went to the gym in the morning, but
skipped yoga in order to go to a going-away luncheon for an old
colleague. Went to the pool in the afternoon but it turned out they
were closing at 4:00 for a swim team party, so I only got in 15
minutes of swimming.

Food:

* 6:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & chopped dates
* 9:45 (driving to gym): ~ 1 1/2 oz. gouda
* 12:15 (luncheon -- Mexican restaurant): several tortilla chips w/
salsa; salad w/ greens, black beans, ~4 oz. grilled salmon, citrus
vinaigrette; 2 glasses wine
* 4:30 (home): energy cookie
* 8:00 (home); salad w/ greens, veggies, a bit of shredded mozzarella,
~3 oz. grilled filet mignon, f/f balsamic vinaigrette; 2 glasses wine
{still sipping the wine -- I don't drink it quickly}

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: DB snatch; BB power clean & jerk; front squats; good
mornings; reverse hyperextensions; captain's chair (abs -- leg lifts);
rotary abs {Did a bit more core work than usual, since I was skipping
yoga.}
* 3:45: swimming: 1 x 14 laps (350 meters)
