We had a lazy day today here in Minneapolis with our hosts. Their
Sunday custom is just to hang out at home, and to have a big late
breakfast, so that's what we did. In the afternoon I went for a short
walk, and tonight we took our hosts out for dinner at PF Changs (sort
of up-scale pseudo-Chinese chain). Tomorrow morning we head out on
our trip home. We've really enjoyed our stay!
Food:
* 6:45 (Tom's house): 1 cup blueberry almond cereal w/ skim milk
* 10:30 (Tom's house): 1 donut; 2 eggs scrambled w/ ham & Swiss
cheese; 4 small pancakes w/ syrup
* 2:00 (Tom's house): cheeseburger; 2 glasses wine (gewurtztraminer)
* 7:00 (PF Changs): 4 pan-fried dumplings (2 pork, 2 shrimp); 1
lettuce leaf wrap w/ ground chicken stuff; ~ 1/2 order each of
Mongolian beef & orange peel shrimp; 2 glasses wine (another,
different, gewrutztraminer)
Exercise:
4:00: 1 1/2 mile walk
