Went for an early run, and then went to pick up our diabetic kitty
who'd been boarding at the vets while we were away. In the afternoon
I went to the pool. Otherwise didn't do much -- a little housework.
Food:
* 9:30 (home -- after picking up the kitty and stuff): oatmeal w/
peanut butter, flax seed, & dates
* 12:45 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/
f cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 5:30 (pool cafe): small granola bar
* 7:15 (home): 2 cups chunky pot roast soup; 1 glass wine
Exercise:
* 6:45: 3 mile run
* 3:30 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 16 lengths -- total of 1200 meters {This
is the most I've done in one day, by a bit, and probably wasn't a
great choice after I'd been away from it for almost 2 weeks; it was
pretty tiring.}
