Went to hip-hop class as usual this morning, then a quick grocery
store stop, then home for lunch. In the afternoon I went to the
pool. Tonight DH and I went for a short walk at the conservancy.
Food:
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
blueberries
* 11:45 (gym free samples): 2 bites of protein bar
* 1:30 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 5:15 (pool cafe): small granola bar
* 8:30 (home): large salad w/ greens, veggies, pineapple, ~6 oz.
grilled salmon, f/f ginger soy teriyaki dressing; 1 glass wine (vidal
blanc)
Exercise:
* 10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class
* 3:45 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 16 lengths -- total 1200 meters
* 7:15: 1 1/4 mile leisurely walk
