Went for an early run this morning -- a tad farther than usual, as it
was not as hot as usual. (I'm hoping to increase my Sunday run
mileage a bit when the weather cools down.) Later I went out with
friends to have lunch and visit a couple of wineries -- had a bit more
to drink than I really needed :-).
Food:
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
cranberries
* 12:30 (restaurant): cup of tomato soup w/ a couple of croutons & a
little grated cheese; curried turkey salad w/ raisins & dried
cranberries, w/ some greens and grated carrots; a couple of bites of
foccacia; 2 glasses wine (Chardonnay)
* 2:00 -- 3:00 (first winery): tasting of their wines -- maybe adding
up to 1 glass total
* 3:30 -- 4:30 (other winery): ~ 1 1/2 glasses wine (Albarino) (shared
a bottle with my friends sitting out on the terrace); ~1.5 oz. cheese

* sometime later -- planned (home): 2 poached eggs w/ 1 slice whole
wheat toast, 3 slices f/f cheese, & grated hard cheese
Exercise:
* 7:00: 3 1/2 mile run
