Went to the gym this morning, and did a little swimming in the gym's
pool afterward (not good pool weather for outdoors). I'm still
working on getting used to swimming in the lanes and sharing a lane,
but it was a little better today. After the gym, made a quick grocery
store stop and then spent the rest of the day at home.
Food:
* 8:00 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & dried
cranberries
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): 1 oz. pack of Sunchips
* 2:00 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
* 7:30 (home): big salad w/ greens, other veggies, ~4 oz. canned tuna,
kidney beans, a little goat cheese, & f/f sesame seed vinaigrette; 1
glass wine
Exercise:
* 10:00: Lifting: power snatch; power clean w/ split jerk; clean
pulls; overhead squat
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class
* 12:30: swimming: 10 laps -- 250 meters
