Went for a run in the morning, then just spent the rest of the day at
home. We're heading out on vacation tomorrow so did a lot of stuff to
get ready to leave.
Food (all at home):
* 8:00: oatmeal w/ peanut butter, flax seed, & chopped dates
* 11:30: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole whea toast w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese & grated gouda
* 3:00: energy breakfast bar
* 5:30: ~1 oz. peanuts
* 7:30: salad w/ greens, veggies, ~5 oz. surimi (fake crabmeat), dried
cranberries, f/f balsamic vinaigrette; 2 glasses wine
Exercise:
* 7:00: 3 mile run
