Slept in late at the hotel downtown this morning, and then indulged at
the breakfast buffet. Then drove home -- and am back to normal eating
for a while.
Food:
* 9:45 (hotel breakfast buffet): 2 small glasses orange juice; omelet
w/ cheese, mushrooms, sausage, & tomato; 1 small pancake w/ 2/3 oz.
peanut butter; 1 moderate-sized blueberry muffin w/ 1 pat butter
* 2:15 (home): 4 multi-grain crackers w/ ~1/2 oz. cheese spread; 1
Medjool date
* 7:00 (home): turkey breast burger on whole wheat bun w/ 3 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle, & catsup
Exercise: None. Normally I run Sunday mornings, but I was downtown
all morning and didn't feel like going out after I got home. Back to
the gym tomorrow :-).
