Default food/exercise Friday 10/5

7 am black coffee
vitamin pill

small swim, nautilus machine workout, treadmill

10 am 2 plum tomatoes, scallion, 4 tb soy nuts, olive oil = 255
calories

2 pm 3 oz salmon salad, 10 mini toasts = 215 calories

walk 30minutes

5 pm decafinated tea

6:45 pm 1.75 oz very aged gouda cheese, small french roll = 271
calories

walk 30 minutes

9 pm large glass red wine = 148



total = 889 calories
