8:30 am cereal, diced apple, pepitas, f/f soy milk. black coffee
2 PM arrugula, small slice gorgonzola, tomato, soy nuts, scallions,
olive oil
1/4 lb salmon, 1/4 cup dry measure brown rice with
tomato,scallions. brocolli. green tea.
3:00 -4:30 walked
5 PM almond butter, banana slices, honey, 2 slices bread. cup f/f
soymilk. apple
8 PM 12 oz plain yogurt, banana, 3 walnuts
8:30 -9:15 PM successful in walking on path along the river. I was a
bit scared to do this at night but there were some joggers and bikers
and a few other walkers.
