| | | Food & Workout 8/23/07 Breakfast:7:30- South Beach Diet Cereal Bar cal- 140
Lunch:12- Panera Bread-veggie sandwich (avacado, tomato, lettuce,
onion), vegetarian tomato soup, an apple. bottled water cal- 420
Dinner: 8:- Subway sandwich with tuna, tomatoes, lettuce, olives,
onions and jalapeno pepper, 5 buffalo shrimp. diet coke cal- 750
Total Cals- 1310
Work-out: 1 hour of cardio burned 600 cals.

This is a MUCH better day! Now, as a next step, I'd recommend trying
to eat more in the morning. There's an old saying, "Breakfast like a
king, lunch like a prince, dine like a pauper." While I don't know
that most of us are quite there, there's a lot to be said for moving
in this direction.
