Today was a bad splurge day on sweets. It seemed like everything
sugary and sweet that I saw, I craved. It was bad.
Breakfast: 1 red delicious apple cal- 80
Lunch: veggie sandwich w/ roasted veggies and veggie spread. 1
chocolate chunk cookie. diet coke cal- 700
coke: cal- 100
Dinner: shrimp with mushrooms, celery and carrots in white
rice cal- 400
ice cream from marble slab- kids scoop of
birthday cake ice cream with sprinkles in a sprinkle cone
cal- I dont want to know 400?
Total Cal- 1680 (giving the ice cream 400 cals)
