snack: cheese sandwich w/ onions pickles, mustard and

Dinner: peanut butter smoothie from my gym
steamed broccoli, squash and corn cal-

Total Cal- 1595
Workout: 30 minutes cardio burned 300 cals
quad weights, calf weights, leg press machine, 45 push-ups, 100
crunches
