Breakfast: 1 pop tart. water cal-200

Lunch: 2 soft tacos w/no meat. diet pepsi cal-
200

Dinner: 2 filets of tilapia w/cheese, 1 piece of wheat
bread, string cheese cal- 290

snack on plane: 3 packs of baby pretzels. diet sprite. cranberry &
vodka cal-325
