back to the normal calorie routine....... actually had fewer than
usual today, so that's good. this weekend was nuts with calories. I
hadn't taken a vacation while being on my calorie-counting routine
until this past weekend and it is crazy how many calories you eat when
you are intentionally trying not to think much about it & letting go a
little.
Breakfast: 1 pop tart cal- 200
Lunch: veggie sub w/ tomato, lettuce, light mayo, brown
mustard, olives and jap. pepper. baked bbq lays. diet coke
cal- 380
Dinner: breaded shrimp, spinach, ice pop cal- 300
snack: pb&j uncrustable cal- 210
Workout: played 30 minutes of tennis & worked up a light sweat
Total Cal- 1090
