Default Food and Workout Log 9.29.07

Breakfast: apple and cinnamon oatmeal w/ skim milk cal- 200

Lunch: mediterranean veggie sandwich with tomato, lett, avocado,
& feta cheese
salad with smoked salmon and light lemon something
dressing
cal- 565 kid size ice cream- 300 cal

Dinner: spinach salad with almonds and parmesan cheese cal-
250

total cal- 1315

Workout: 30 mins cardio burned 330 cals
arm weights, crunches, back weights
