to consume roasted meat or non-vegetarian food. From fish foods to
meats, you can roast it up and eat. By roasting the meat, all the fats
in the meat are melted and burnt out, which in return leaves the
entire fat-free meat for your consumption.
4. Eating Nuts ? Nuts are other rich categorized foods which can help
you in munching in between meals. If you feel a lot hungry while
eating your daily meals, try eating nuts just 15 minutes before you
eat your meal. Later, when you sit to have your lunch or dinner, you
will feel less hasty and will enjoy the food rather than just stuffing
the food in.
