Default free online low cholesterol diet

Hi all !!!
Can you give me some advice on low cholesterol diet or at least give
me some sites that feature free online low cholesterol diet?

It's really simple though. Stay away from all meat, animal fats and
egg yolk. No plants or plant products have any cholesterol. If it
isn't from an animal, it might have fat, including saturated fat, but
there won't be any cholesterol. Nature has done a wonderful thing for
us, by keeping the egg white and egg yolk separate, so you can use the
egg yolk and get the benefit of the protein, but absolutely no fat or
cholesterol. All that is in the yolk. If you eat nonfat cheese or
drink nonfat milk, there is also no cholesterol in that.

Most people who are on a low-cholesterol diet are also on a low-fat
diet. I am. I consume 0 cholesterol and under 10 grams of fat per day.
It certainly helps maintain your weight and you can eat a lot more (by
weight) when you avoid fat, too. Think vegetarian. dkw
