Hi everyone,
I haven't been here in a long time, but now I am back. I got totally off
track for the past 6 months and I am paying the price.
I plan to register everything I eat at fitday.com which helped me before to
lose 20 pounds. I am hoping to lose at least 20 pounds in the next few
months. I found that portion sizes and journaling was what kept me on track
before and plan to do that again.
I see we have a lot of new people and some of the long timers as well here.
Looking forward to getting and giving the support we need to get healthy.
