I can hike again! I walked 7 miles in 2.5 hours. It's a minor
milestone, along with being able to fit into booths at a local
restaurant without sucking in my stomach, but it feels good.

Definitely,
except for right after the hike, when my feet didn't want to move!

It's your first time back. Give it time.
Again, congratulations on the progress. I'm amazed that you notice a
change after only 14 pounds of loss. Wait a couple of weeks until your
wife starts noticing!
Those things are more than "minor" those are the great little victories that
makes this so worth it!!
Congrats!
Will~

Seven miles is much more than a 'minor' milestone. Congratulations!
