I had a few indulgences this past week. We had a prime rib feast on
Saturday, and last Friday we had pizza.
I gained 4 pounds, but in 4 days of going back to Core, it's gone.
It feels good to know how my body responds to food and exercies, and
to be able to keep everything under control.
It's also nice to know that there's nothing I can't eat, as long as
it's in moderation, and it's balanced with healthy eating most of the
time.
