I know, I know, all these crazy kids and their blogs. It's really
something. But anyway, I've opened up a diet section of my own
personal blog, and I plan on using it to keep myself accountable for
my diet (people noticing a lack of updates might ask me why I stopped,
etc.) and also to keep a personal log for my own selfish desires.
I know being able to look back and really keep track of how far I've
come is really important to maintaining the momentum of a diet, and
what better way than an online journal?!
And I suppose that sharing my experiences may help someone through a
rough patch in a diet, or maybe inspire them to do a little more
research into just how easy it is to lose weight.
Either way, it's there for the viewing, gang.
