Default Keen Cuisine

Have I called Jenny yet? No. But I borrowed an idea from her.

Yesterday I was very hungry and very bored, a prisoner of some really
bad weather. I had done a large and varied grocery shopping the day
before.

So, I spent about ninety minutes cooking up various dishes and portion
packing them. I froze all but enough for the next two days. This will
cut down on snacking and checking to see "what's in the fridge."

This will be a big benefit at dinner time because I am tradtionally
tired and lazy and rarely make what was planned, and am very negloigent
about veggies.

Here is what I prepared and will have more than one serving from each:

chicken soup
chicken salad
homemade low fat yogurt
honey garlic chicken legs
baked pork chops
jello made with diluted fruit juice
shrimp creole
cualiflower and cheese side dish as pancakes
strawberry sherbet
