    Default Long Term Weight Loss

    Hi

My name is Patsy and I have just joined usenet group. I have never
joined a newsgroup before but it looked good, so I am here. I am
currently on a longterm weight loss plan called Herbalife. Anyone else
heard of it? So far I have lost a half a stone in a month, I have
loads of energy and lost a few inches from my hips and stomach. My fat
percentage has gone down 2% too!

I have been a die hard Diet Coke fan for over 20 years and through this
programme I have managed to give it up. So I no longer suffer from
    bloating which is nice.

I have tried loads of diets, calorie counting, personal trainers,
weight watchers, slimming world etc but this is one that I have
actually stuck with and it great.

    Good luck to all
    Patsy

If you're selling Herbalife, you're not going to find any takers here.
If you're buying it from someone else, save your money and just eat
    right and exercise.

I can certainly understand how you gave up Diet Coke on your herbalife
diet. Several of the pills and teas you take several times a day are loaded
with caffeine. You don't need the diet coke any more.

So what are your plans to maintain your weight loss after you are down to
    your goal weight?

Unfortunately, they've scammed thousands of people:

I corrected your post for you. You are welcome.

    Hi Guys
If you are facing the problem of obesity or overweight don't take any
    tension use this method

Take healthy food and avoid to eat junk food. Also do some excersise
and consult with your doctor to take diet pills if you are facing this
problem for a long period of time and nothing works for you. For more
