Default Losing Weight Naturally

Our society is too overweight - we have the highest prevalence of
heart disease in the world, and yet we're the most technologically
sophisticated society. Maybe that's the problem, though. We have too
many miracle cures, diet pills, and all that marketed stuff that seems
useful but are actually scams. I've been overweight for a long time,
since my college days, because I got into the habit of eating too much
food...so I decided to create a blog on methods to lose weight without
using these pills. There are lists of foods to eat, and not to eat,
along with links to helpful websites and diet plans. To see it, visit

The point is that we need to stay fit, healthy, and relatively thin.
Obesity is not only bad for the heart, but also for the brain and the
joints. Fat builds up in the brain, causing memory loss and the
inability to think clearly. Weight puts strain on joints, leading to
arthritis. Your body is your most useful asset, so stay healthy! Don't
be embarrassed or afraid to look for help - your body is more
important than your image.
