Default Made it!

When I started this diet/exercise ritual on Oct 23, at 260 lbs I set an
initial goal of getting to under 200 lbs.

This morning, according to my "reference scale" (the one I've been using
since I started and calibrated against the doctor scale) I was at 199.6
lbs.

Sam Adams time this weekend.

I am going to continue this to about 190-195 lbs, then start increasing
calories to find the maintenance number. I'll also continue the exercise
routine .... forever.

I am psyched!

Congratulations RCE! Breaking that 200 barrier is a great
milestone.
