Believe it or not, all of us need to take the time in our days to
stop, clear our minds, and meditate. It doesn't matter what religion
you are, its all about calming the body and the mind. The stress that
builds up inside of our bodies is very hard on us, and can cause
emotional and physical problems. You can start with 5 min of
meditation, and work your way up to 20 min. It takes time to teach
yourself how to do this. I used to find my mind wandering, and even
now at times I still do. With practice, and control anyone can
meditate
