Nothing beats the gift I just gave myself!
I lost four pounds this week, made my own versions of Moussaka,
Cheesecake with Hot Blueberry Sauce,
Zucchini Pasta with Meat Sauce, Strawberry Sherbet with Walnuts, and
Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks with Shitake Mushrooms.
My daily calorie totals were 1200 evenly divided between protein, carbs
and fat. I had 1.5 liters of water every day. I have a compressed disc
and resulting Sciatica so could not exercise this week.
My goal is to lose another two pounds by the New Year.
