Nutrisystem Question

I've been considering trying out Nutrisystem and I have a question
for those of you who have tried it:
They keep mentioneing 4 1/2 cups of fruits and vegetables a day. Does
this mean that you eat their prepared foods AND you add 4 1/2 cups of
your own fruits and vegetables per day? Or are the 4 1/2 cups
considered included in their packaged foods?
