Default OMG! Skin brushing? (Technique to help avoid loose skin)

I was over at http://www.caloriesperhour.com, just perusing the forums
while resting my foot from pruning roses and I found THIS thread:

http://www.caloriesperhour.com/forums/forum7/693.html

Has anyone ever heard of brushing your skin to presumably stimulate it
and hopefully end up with less loose skin after weight loss? It's a
totally new idea to me!

This was the first time I had heard of this but after doing a search I
found several sites on the subject.

Yes, I plan to try and find out more. Though I'm cursing my dial-up at
present, so probably not immediately, since it has been cutting in and
out on me all morning.

It doesn't sound like it would hurt... whether it really helps with
loose skin at the end of all things is another story. But, as I am
likely to have some loose skin, I'm interested!
