Taking a moment daily to visualize success at dieting might actually improve
the chances of success.
I'm stealing here from a number of sources, but especially from a popular
DVD called "The Secret." While the DVD is not specifically about weight
control, I think it would be helpful for many here.
"The Secret" can be rented.
(I have no connection to the DVD "The Secret" except that I rented it on
Netflix. I have no connection to Netflix, except as a customer, and in that
I traded their stock a few times, but I don't hold any Netflix stock right
now.)
