Default Preventing stomach damage

Hello,

My problem is as follows:

I cannot resist following any kind of diet... The only way I can loose
weight is by eating _very_ little. Yet still, by eating very little
(only a few bites of food per day) I heard that I can easily damage my
stomach.

So, what should I do in order to cause minimal damage to my stomach?
For example, I heard it would be a good idea to drink more water... Do
you know anything else that could help me?

You can damage your whole life by eating too little, such as having a heart
attack. If you drink too much water you can become water intoxicated,
dilute your stomach acid beyond what's healthy.

Exercise.

One of the greatest long distance marathoners of all time, Tom Osler,
said that the only way he could lose weight was by eating off of very
small bowls. In that way he would lose about 20 to 30 pounds before
running season.

Check with your PCP but, overall, your plan seems pretty good to me!

Lower calories in is your goal! And probably a little more water
couldn't hurt.
