Hi, this is the first time I've posted to a forum (?) ever! I lost 80
lbs. 2 yrs. ago but have recently regained 15. Ideally, I would be very
comfortable if I lose and keep off 30 lbs. I'm a life coach and plan on
starting a support group to help others reach their w. loss goals. I
love helping people succeed and I think the extra weight hurts my
credibility, among other things. I struggle with compulsive night
eating and need accountability. Thanks
