Default RFI: Article on how dieters are more likely to quit after some success

Hi;

I remember seeing an article on the internet somewhere last year.

It said that everyone had their goal weight, their uncomfortable
weight and their just barely comfortable weight. People start dieting
when they reach their uncomfortable weight shooting for their goal
weight. The article said many people tend to quit once they lose just
enough weight not to feel uncomfortable, then they lose their
resolve.......the pressure is off.

Is anyone else familiar with this article and can they point me to it?

Thanks

Steve
