How many calories do you eat per day exactly? You're bmr can be roughly
determined by multiplying current weight by 12, or around 1700 calories. If
you want to lose 2 lbs per week, you need a 7000 calorie deficit, as a pound
of fat is roughly 3500 calories. This equates to a 1000 calorie per day
deficit. Can you achieve that? You'd need to eat around 1200 calories and
exercise to burn about 500 calories, every single day.
