Hi folks,
I produce a weekly health & fitness podcast called "A Better Day". On
this week's episode (#87), I talk about how a good friend of mines was
able to achieve many of the goals and dreams he had.
Although his story is not directed to weight loss, I think that it's
message can be very motivational to all us, no matter what our goals
are.
