I truly appreciated all the support I got from posting. I have been
using the FitDay site to enter my food intake. I am doing horribly but
at least I am being honest and entering everything I eat.
I didn't say how much I had to loose but I have decided to be honest
with myself and others this year. No more sneakiness. I would like to
loose 175 pounds, but for now I my goal is 10 pounds.
Is there anyone out there who has or is losing a lot of weight. I
would really like to get some thoughts on the subject.
I have decided that I need some help with my food plan so I think I
will join a group (don't know If it is ok to say name or not). It has
been so long since I have eaten decently that I need some help.
