Yes, I weigh every single morsel of food when I'm at home. When I'm
away from home I have to estimate. I use
http://www.nutritiondata.com/
most of the time when I weigh my foods because they list calories based
on mass (grams specifically), as opposed to FitDay which list calories
based on volume or oz. I find FitDay useful when I have to estimate
volumes of food.
I just ate some rice, potato, fish and pork as my 2nd dinner. LOL I
don't really have meal times, I just eat whenever I'm hungry, which is
about every 4-5 hours.
100 g rice 130
60 g potato 56
45 g fried fish 104
58 g ribs 230
---------------------------------
520 kcal
My dinners are sometimes more healthy than other times. We had a lot of
left overs from Thanksgiving. Usually I have a lot of broccoli (like
more than 200 g) with my dinner.
My total calories for today was 1191 kcal.
