Default To those w/experience, are my calorie counts accurate?

So far I've had:

Breakfast:
Skipped it today, but I usually have oatmeal

Lunch:
1 small tortilla 100
78 g canned turkey 82
2 tbsp light Miracle Whip 30

Dinner:
103 g romaine lettuce 18
91 g spinach 21
69 g cherry tomatoes 14
67 g canned turkey 71
3 tbsp Calorie-Wise Peppercorn Ranch dressing 75
1 small beef chili 220

Beverages:
2 medium coffees w/2% milk and sweetener: 40

Total calories so far: 671 kcal

I'm doing much better in terms of choices aren't I? Much better than
eating Danishes. ;-)

You are doing great Jenny!!

Sounds about right, I'm not sure how many calories are in everything,
once I enter stuff in fitday I don't give much thought to it
afterwards... Do you weigh all your veggies?? I usually just measure
them by 1/2 cup or cup but by weight seems like it would be more
accurate.

Yes, I weigh every single morsel of food when I'm at home. When I'm
away from home I have to estimate. I use http://www.nutritiondata.com/
most of the time when I weigh my foods because they list calories based
on mass (grams specifically), as opposed to FitDay which list calories
based on volume or oz. I find FitDay useful when I have to estimate
volumes of food.

I just ate some rice, potato, fish and pork as my 2nd dinner. LOL I
don't really have meal times, I just eat whenever I'm hungry, which is
about every 4-5 hours.

100 g rice 130
60 g potato 56
45 g fried fish 104
58 g ribs 230
---------------------------------
520 kcal

My dinners are sometimes more healthy than other times. We had a lot of
left overs from Thanksgiving. Usually I have a lot of broccoli (like
more than 200 g) with my dinner.

My total calories for today was 1191 kcal.
