Default toe cramp

Sunday morning, DH dragged my weary a$$ out of bed to walk our beautiful
dog. I was actually quite thankful that she decided to take her sweat time
and sniff everything possible, as I was experiencing a wicked toe cramp in
my right foot. The piggy that stayed home and the piggy that had roast beef
have decided they are not feeling well, I guess.

I didn't think much more of it as the day went on, but this evening at the
gym there they were, aching again as I was working out.
Not sure what to do about it, not that it hindered my workout, it just let
me know it was there the entire time.

When I first started running in the 80s, I used to get toe cramps. For
me, it was because they weren't strong enough for the running I was
doing. They went away when I started doing top raises on the stairs.

I'll give that a try. Funny though, took the dog out for a run this morning
and it didn't bother me.
