Sorry, dieters usually don't drink juice. They prefer to eat the
original fruit. Juices, even the 100% pure are loaded with sugar and
you consume a lot of calories in very short order. dkw

I like Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness. It's the healthiest drink you
can buy, as far as I'm concerned. I didn't check it for sugar content,
but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a lot of sugar.

Sorry, your "green goodness is LOADED" with sugar. An 8 ounce serving
contains 27g of sugar. Sure, it may be naturally occuring, but it is still
sugar, and still high in calories.

Not true, really, at least for me. When I'm through with a run and I
can't hold solid food down, I'll have OJ, maybe only 4 ozs, but it
really help replenish my system.

Also, I use juices in smoothies or mixed with sparkling water when I go
out (I don't drink alcohol).

So, yes dieters do indeed drink juice.

I'll mix up about 2 oz of pomagranate, blueberry, or blackberry juice
with about 4 oz of sugar-reduced cranberry juice, and top it up with
water. You get all of the flavour and only a little bit of the
calories.

Sounds like a great drink. Think I will try it in addition to the
multi, all natural vitamins I'm taking. DYNAMIC combo!
