As I expected the weight loss was much less this week. We had our 10th
wedding anniversary (with fancy dinner) and a birthday party.
Nevertheless, I am quite happy with how things are going. My scale
measures body fat content as well as weight, and both have been going
down. Fat content was 44.4%, is now 43.6%, and the total weight loss is
2.3 kg in 2 weeks.
Keeping the diary is going well. I also take some extra time in the
morning to prepare the food I take to work with me, and I eat a lot of
veggies and fruit. My next goal is to add the Pilates. I have a week of
holidays coming up, so more time to get used to the new routine.
